O antigo prédio do Departamento de Ordem Política e Social (DOPS), que serviu de aparelho repressor estatal em duas ditaduras, a de Getúlio Vargas e a do regime militar, pode se transformar em um centro de memória dos movimentos sociais e políticos. A iniciativa é da Comissão da Verdade do Rio (CEV-Rio), que nesta segunda-feira (4) iniciou um seminário para debater o tema.
